煤矿JKY型绞车液压控制系统改造与试验

Renovation and Test of Hydraulic Control System for JKY Winches

摘要: 针对煤矿JKY型液压绞车手动操作调速精度低、平稳性差等问题,提出对液压绞车驱动和制动系统进行电液比例控制改造方案,实现液压绞车提升速度的闭环控制以及驱动与制动的协调控制,从而提高煤矿液压绞车的自动化控制水平和调速精度。试验表明:该方案有效提高液压绞车调速精度、速度跟随特性以及提升稳定性,进一步保障煤矿液压绞车工作安全性。

Abstract: Abstract: Aiming at the problem of manual control of hydraulic system for the hydraulic winch in coal mine, proposed rehabilitation programs of electro-hydraulic proportional control for drive and braking systems, closed-loop control of hydraulic winch lifting speed and coordinated control of drive and braking systems are implemented, these effectively improve automation level and speed accuracy of coal mine hydraulic winch. Experimental results show that the scheme can effectively improve the speed control precision and stability of hydraulic winch, At the same time, the design of parallel dual system to further protect the safety of coal mine hydraulic winch.
